MOBI-Crane™ Product Overview: Portable Lifting Equipment

MOBI-Crane™
MOBI-Crane is a crane designed to aid in manual lifting of items up to 80 kg. The crane provides mobility through being easy to relocate with most pallet trucks and forklifts. MOBI-cranes provide the option of using either 240V AC or 24V DC electrical motors, with the 24V DC containing two 12V DC batteries and a built in charger, giving the MOBI-Crane a truly mobile status.

The crane is available in both Pneumatic Vacuum (PV) or Mechanical (M) to suit specific needs for the job. The Pneumatic Vacuum (PV) is designed to provide safe and fast vacuum suction to grip goods with a somewhat porous surface such as carton or paper boxes.

The MOBI-Crane PV uses an external air supply of at least 6 bar to power the built in Mach 2+ super sonic vacuum ejector. The MOBI-Crane Mechanical requires no air or vacuum meaning it is a pure mechanical crane and without the need of any external connections is fully mobile and independently operational. The MOBI-Crane M when combined with a control handle offers the ability to switch between different mechanical grippers allowing for quick adaptability to any job at hand. Having an adjustable height ranging from 1750 mm to 2740 mm and an arm length of 2 or 3 meters the MOBI-Cranes can provide a wide area of reach wherever needed.

MobiCrane® is material handling equipment for production, warehouse and shipping operations using either standard or custom designed attachments. Typical products handled are doors, windows, pails, bags, totes, CPU's and monitors.

MobiCrane® is equipped with a Vacuum Monitoring System that ensures sufficient vacuum level for safe lifting operations and an Accidental Vacuum Shut-Off Guard which prevents the operator from accidentally shutting down the vacuum when the unit is under load.

MovoMech™ Product Overview: Rail Mounted Lifting System

MovoMech™
MovoMech systems are based upon extruded aluminum profiles shaped with slots and flanges that allow for maximum torsional strength and a large carrying capacity. The system is very easy to use maintaining a very low dead weight even when lifting capacities up to 1000 kg. MovoMech systems use smart suspensions and guided trolleys to provide smooth operation no matter the load at hand.

The railing profiles can be extended using a unique joining system offering the ability to fit the system to the environment in which it will operate. The profiles are anodized and offer maintenance free use for uncompromised performance and usability. Normally the LHB and AHB profiles are fitted with pendulum suspensions, but alternate suspensions are available to match any work location and demand needing reinforcement. The trolleys use wheels with ball bearings for quiet smooth operation through the profiles and can either be driven by hand or by a traveling drive.

MovoMech offers multiple options in manipulators to suit a wide range of diverse workloads and requirements. LIFT-O FLEX end effectors are also available for use with the Lift-N-Glide attachment of a MovoMech rail system. MovoMech systems can be used as freestanding systems or can also be ceiling mounted for maximum floor space.
